Comfortable three-room apartment in Punta Marina on the Romagna Riviera

The apartment, with reserved parking space, is located on the first floor with lift of a building overlooking the main square of Punta Marina and convenient for reaching all the main services. A well-kept area a few steps from the pine forest that separates it from the beach.
It is furnished with elegant pastel shades, from dove gray to blue which create a very warm and relaxing atmosphere.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living room with sofa bed, area with table and chairs and kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a huge terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, crockery and all accessories and is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, WIFI internet, coffee machine, digital TV, oven and microwave oven, while inside the bathroom there is the hairdryer and the washing machine with iron and ironing board. The bedrooms have large wardrobes and are equipped with bed linen, towel sets and bathroom accessories. The very spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing or for “outdoor” lunches and aperitifs thanks to the happy exposure to the sun.

Punta Marina Village
Jewel of the Romagna Riviera, Punta Marina Terme in the province of Ravenna is a little town overlooking the Adriatic Sea which over the years has become an unmissable stop for families with children, teenagers and adults due to its position on the sea, with sandy and shallow waters, and for the numerous attractions for children and teenagers. The village is really full of events, festivals, markets, gastronomic festivals, entertainment, musical events in the public gardens. On Wednesdays and Fridays there is the market, in short, it is full of life.

In addition, kilometers of cycle paths, fitness trails and “jogging” paths inside the pine forest diversify the offer, making it pleasant even for those looking for walks and also thermal Spa and relaxation offers. A few steps from the house there are various thermal establishments “TERME DI PUNTA MARINA” and “SPA PUNTA MARINA” which offer treatments in pools with bromo-jodic mineral waters, balneotherapy treatments, thermal baths with ozone therapy, inhalation treatments, massages and also a wellness center and of rehabilitation. It is close to the “MIRABILANDIA” amusement parks (10 minutes by car)… and with the adjoining “MIRABILANDIA BEACH” water park and the ZOO Safari and a little further south the unmissable “ITALIA IN MINIATURA”; for guests interested in cultural visits, Ravenna holds an extraordinary heritage of mosaics and churches, recognized as “UNESCO World Heritage Sites”.

In the square in front of the apartment overlooks the Church of San Massimiano, a beautiful church in a seaside village, very intimate and simple which offers outdoor functions in the summer.
